About the Role
R&A Education Solutions are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Primary Teachers to join our partner schools across Gillingham. We have roles available in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners
- Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress and attainment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
Skills & Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- Experience teaching in Primary Schools (KS1 and/or KS2)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to working across year groups
